Video Conferencing, Remote Learning

Schools are using video conferencing to learn from experts far away. The same technology can be used to help you learn to train your pets. The level of interactivity is very high and you get immediate feedback on your training technique, relevant training tips and your questions answered on the spot. While there is a slight delay or bad connection on some days, it is not usually enough to affect the quality of teaching. If it is, we simply hang up and reconnect to improve the reception.

Download the free programs from http://www.skype.com/ or http://www.oovoo.com/ or Logitech Vid HD or Gmail video chat as those are the programs I am currently using. Of the three, I find Oovoo to be most consistent in quality and you can videotape your training to watch later. I haven't done much with Logitech or Gmail yet to see their possibilities.

Don't have a webcam? If verbal coaching alone works for you, we can chat for free via any of these programs. I can still send links to any videos etc and the text follow-up of my classes.
